Placing an order

When you place an order and pay, you're entering a contract with us. Prices include VAT where applicable. The total — including any £2.99 delivery charge— is shown before you pay. Collection orders carry no delivery charge. We'll send confirmation of your order once payment is received.

Cancellation & your right to change your mind

Because we prepare fresh, perishable food to order, the usual 14-day “cooling-off” right to cancel does not applyonce we've begun preparing your order (this is the exemption in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for perishable goods and goods made to your specification). If you need to change or cancel, call us straight away on 0161 998 4736— if we haven't started cooking, we'll do our best to help.

If something's wrong with your order

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 your food should be of satisfactory quality, as described and fit to eat. If your order is wrong, missing items or not as it should be, contact us on the day on 0161 998 4736 and we'll put it right — see our Delivery & Refunds policy.
